Dustin resides in San Tan Valley, Arizona, with his wife Cheyenne, and is a proud father to two sons, Maxx and Chandler. Each morning, he sends them off to school with a heartfelt mantra:

“Work hard and be nice.”
It’s a simple yet powerful philosophy he lives by—and one that reflects his grounded approach to both leadership and life. Additionally he has his boys repeat it every morning before school. Like father … like son.

When Dustin isn’t optimizing procurement strategies or nurturing dealer partnerships, you’ll find him fully immersed in the thrill of life. He enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson, hitting the golf course, and spiking balls on the volleyball court. He also treasures time with friends and family, whether on a cruise ship or around a campfire. And don’t be surprised to catch him on the karaoke mic—he’s got talent! In fact, Dustin once modeled for a clothing company, showcasing his dynamic and adventurous personality.
