This month’s spotlight shines on Rockie Beatty, a dynamic leader helping to shape the future of ProLux Energy’s expansion in the Midwest.

As a Sales Operations Consultant overseeing Illinois, Rockie plays a critical role in guiding the company through a phase of rapid growth.

“I oversee the day-to-day operations while preparing for our massive expansion,” he explains. “My goal is to bring stability during this exciting period by developing strong leaders and helping every sales rep reach their full potential.”

Family-Focused and Adventure-Driven

Originally from Arizona, Rockie now resides in central Illinois with his wife, Sydne, and their three children. Family is his anchor and greatest source of fulfillment—fueling his drive and purpose both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Rockie is an adventure enthusiast. He enjoys saltwater fishing, scuba diving, and watching NFL football. Recently, he’s taken up kitesurfing, adding to his growing list of outdoor pursuits.

“My wife says my real hobby is grumbling… and she’s probably right,” he says with a laugh.

Looking ahead, Rockie envisions himself “slinging glass”—industry slang for closing deals—and leading the sales organization with excellence. His passion for sales and team development is matched only by his belief in the ProLux mission.
